Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days with the exception of Pre-orders.
• After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two to three business days to process your order in our warehouse.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Pick-Up

• We offer in warehouse pick up service. 
• After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse. 
• Once shipment is ready to pick-up, we will email you the pick up date and time.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
