• ONLY damaged shoes can be returned within 14 days.
• Returns must be in original condition and packaging. No refunds or credits if returns are not in original condition and packaging.
• Damage returns are subject to inspection and pre-approval. Must submit within 14 days from invoice date. 
• If you want to return the product, please contact us via email beast@beastfashionla.com or call (626) 363-0828, we will send the return label after the request is approved.
• All Closeout/Sale items are final, no returns no refunds.
